Crops grown in Latvia

We began with potatoes and expanded from there. Today we grow seven crops on roughly 1,300 hectares near Bauska: potatoes, onions and carrots as our vegetables, with winter wheat, raps, field beans and barley to keep the farm steady through the year. Vegetables come first, and wherever we can we buy, sell and work with local partners, so the region gains from what we grow.
