We do a limited amount of agricultural contract work for the region around Bauska. Not full crop growing for others, but help where the machinery is too big or costly for a single farm to justify: digestate spreading and crop protection above all. Much as Ploegmakers does contract work back in the Netherlands, and always with local partners in mind.
When a job is too big for your own equipment, we step in. We bring modern machines and the people who know how to run them, and we treat your fields as we treat our own. The quality stays high, whether the work is for us or for a neighbour. We would rather work with partners close by.
Large poultry farms produce a lot of manure. This manure goes into a biogas plant, which produces green gas, and what remains is digestate: an organic fertiliser. We take it, apply it to our own fields and spread it for others too. Less artificial fertiliser, healthier soil, and a circular loop that genuinely benefits the land.
We have the equipment to spray accurately, with GPS so nothing is treated twice and air-injection nozzles that keep the spray where it belongs. If a neighbour runs into difficulty and needs a hand, we are glad to help. Approved products, careful work, every time.
